Not-For-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York and is exempt
from Federal taxes under the U. S. Internal Revenue Code section
501(c)3. Pursuant to Article 7-A of the Executive Law, a copy of our
annual report is filed with the Attorney General and can be obtained
upon request from ArtWatch or the Office of the Attorney General,
Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, NY, NY, 10271.
